Title: Turing Instability and Bio-Pattern Formation
Abstract: In this talk, I will firstly introduce some basic concepts on the Turing instability, and also some fundamental techniques used to analyse the Turing instability and formation of patterns. Then I will discuss some bio-systems including our current work to illustrate the use of these techniques introduced.

   张同华，2005年上海交通大学博士毕业，现任教于澳大利亚斯威本大学，博士生导师，上海师范大学数理学院特聘教授。主要从事定性理论和分支研究。现主持有澳大利亚研究理事会项目、青年基金等5项基金。曾荣获青年学者奖、青年研究和进步奖等多项奖。在国内外重要学术杂志发表论文50多篇。
